I totally respect how they were roasting the subscription service model and I know biotech is growing, but this felt like the wrong way to say "fuck you" to the streaming model.
Yes!! I’ll have to check out Arrival, haven’t heard of it before. The ad concept was interesting/freaky to think about but I think if they truly were trying to explore the ethics of it all, it came away a bit distasteful? Naive? Not sure how to articulate it
The ending was so bleak that I couldn’t even appreciate the rest of the episode. It set the whole season off on a bad note.
I tried to keep watching but I couldn’t finish episode two. It was so boring.
